Cliff is an IT Professional in his early 30’s who has always been a fun loving athlete. He has always been a formidable basketball player, but recently he has transitioned to playing golf.
Cliff came to us because he wanted to take his golf game to the next level. After a thorough TPI Fitness Assessment with Coach JT, we could see that he could improve his shoulder and hip mobility. By improving the mobility in these key areas of his body, Cliff could then improve his overall golf game.
Being a responsible husband, busy professional, and also recently buying a new home really had Cliff pressed for time.

Understanding Cliff’s time limitations we put together a simple, short, and highly effective plan that could be done daily. He preferred to workout after work, so we helped him tack on his workout to the end of his workday. It became a part of his post work routine.
