See how a busy Family man was able to reach his fitness goals with out sacrificing his precious Family.
Kirk is a happily married husband and father of 2 energetic boys and works as a Banker. Although he was always very athletic when he was younger, life and his career started taking their toll
Kirk came to DHS with the goal of losing his dad bod. But staying a father. He wanted to reach his fitness goals but not at the expense of his family.
Nutrition. Poor eating habits.
WHAT DID DHS DO TO HELP?
We had to hit the biggest roadblock. Kirk had an athletic background. Working out hard was not the biggest difficulty. Kirk needed nutrition assistance, and to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits.
We helped him understand what healthy foods he should eat regularly. We also improved his eating habits so that he could get the most effect from his workouts. This way he could hone in on his goals without wasting his precious time.
Coach Nino progressively enhanced my workouts as I obtained better fitness equipment.
