Meet Manny. Manny has one of the best transformation stories ever. I couldn’t be more proud of all that he has accomplished. ⁣

Manny was always active when he was younger. He loved lifting heavy and playing hard. ⁣But as the years went on and his life took different turns. ⁣

Before Manny decided to start working out again and get back in shape, he was the most unhappy with his body that he'd ever been. He started Dating and got married, having a lot of stuff going on in his life, he was eating whatever he wanted and had gained over 30 pounds!⁣

WHAT DID DHS DO TO HELP? 

Manny had given up on himself. But we didn’t give up on him! ⁣It was daunting. He knew he’d have to make a lot of life changes to get back to where he wanted to be.⁣
⁣
Since Manny really enjoyed having fun, he needed to get back to that place where he could really start enjoying his process. ⁣For Manny that meant lifting heavy. He could stick with his fitness goals as long as he saw strength gains and improvement. ⁣
⁣
The key was to be able to keep those stregnth gainz coming, without injury, long enough to see physical and aesthetic changes. ⁣
⁣
In order to do that we worked very hard on his form in the big lifts. So he was able to keep engaged and active in his workouts with out any backsliding injuries.⁣
